PUMA x BREE 001

10.11.2014 | PUMA

When we opened up #PUMASelectZA, we didn’t pick your stock standard, suburbanite-friendly retail space. We wanted the best, which left us with Braamfontein - the coolest spot to hang out in Jozi, and the uber hip Bree Street in Cape Town.

We’re in love with our new homes, and the locals who make them special. For the next while, we’re going to profile the kids that dominate the scene, the girls that pioneer street fashion, and every one that contributes to the pulse and spirit and of the city.

With out further ado, Meet Jason and Claudia.

Jason, a Bree native in the truest sense of the word, works at the top, and lives at the bottom of the street. We like your style, Jason

“I noticed that Bree Street would be the next best place to live. It’s by far the best road in Cape Town.”

Claudia, the less vocal of the pair, kept it short and sweet - “I love Bree Street for the Bloody Marys.” Can’t argue there.

“Bree Street is my game. (Rolo, the original mayor of Bree Street might feel differently, but go on Jason.) - ED. We start First Thursdays off on Heritage Street and move up through Bree Street. It’s my favourite night of the month.”

Jason has a chiropractor business on Bree Street. Find him here next time you train too hard, boet.
